The Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) format consists of a series of short, carefully timed interview stations, in an attempt to draw multiple samples of applicants' ability to think on their feet, critically appraise information, communicate their ideas, and demonstrate the thought they've invested into important issues.

How to Prepare for the Virtual MMI Format
Attend our virtual preparation sessions. This year, they are designed to simulate a virutal MMI scenario and will give you practice responding to ethical, behavioural, and situational questions in a timed session.
Past participants reported experiencing significant increases in the following areas:
- Knowledge of the MMI process
- Level of preparation for an MMI
- Confidence in their ability to do well in an MMI
- Level of MMI skills
While the benefits of attending just one preparation session are clear, students reported feeling significantly more prepared for an MMI if they attended at least two practice sessions.
